“For the western part of Indonesia, there is a potential for thunderstorms in Padang, moderate rain in Medan, and light rain in Banda Aceh, Pekanbaru, Tanjung Pinang, Jambi, Bengkulu, Bandung, and Tanjung Selor,” said BMKG forecaster Henokhvita during a weather forecast broadcast in Jakarta on Friday.
